Ingredients of Christmas Champagne passion cocktail
60ml (1/4 cup) fresh passionfruit pulp
2 tsp caster sugar
375ml (1 1/2 cups) chilled sparkling wine

Description of Christmas Champagne passion cocktail
Combine the passionfruit and sugar in a jug and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Pour the sparkling wine among the serving glasses. Spoon over the passionfruit mixture and serve.
