A friend of mine served this with a wild hibiscus flower in the bottom of the glass. It looks spectacular and tastes devine!

Ingredients of Christmas Champagne and pomegranate juice

300ml pomegranate juice (or cranberry)

750ml Champagne or sparkling wine

Middle Eastern pickled vegetables (see note), to serve

Description of Christmas Champagne and pomegranate juice

Divide juice among glasses and top with wine. Serve with pickled vegetables.
