Ingredients of Christmas Lemon lime slush
2 tablespoons finely grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons caster sugar
3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup lemon juice
2 1/2 cups ice cubes
6 scoops lemon lime sorbet
lime zest, to garnish

Description of Christmas Lemon lime slush
Place lemon rind in a large, heatproof jug. Add sugar and boiling water. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled.

Strain mixture into a blender. Add ice cubes and sorbet. Blend until combined. Top with lime zest. Serve.
