Here is a really quick and easy way to make a delicious creamy cheese flavoured sauce to pour over cauliflower or your favourite vegetables at Christmas time.

Ingredients of Cauliflower With Creamy Cheese Sauce
500g packet frozen Birds Eye Cauliflower
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon plain flour
2 teaspoons seeded mustard
1/3 cup grated tasty cheese
30g melted butter
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 slices prosciutto, grilled until crisp

Instruction of Cauliflower With Creamy Cheese Sauce
1.Cook frozen Birds Eye Cauliflower following packet directions. Meanwhile make the sauce.

2.Place milk, plain flour, mustard, cheese and butter into a medium saucepan. Using a stab mixer blend until well combined. Stir over a high heat for 2-3 minutes until sauce boils and thickens.

3.Drain cauliflower and place into a serving dish. Pour over the sauce, sprinkle with spring onions and garnish with proscuitto broken into pieces.
