1 x 750ml btl chilled dry white wine

1L (4 cups) chilled clear apple juice

60ml (1/4 cup) brandy

1 red apple, halved, cored, thinly sliced crossways

1 orange, halved lengthways, thinly sliced crossways

Ice cubes, to serve
