Valentines Rose petal champagne
Not only are they beautifully scented, but roses also symbolise love. So pop a few petals in each champagne glass to set the mood
Ingredients of Valentines Rose petal champagne
6 white sugar cubes
3 tsp rosewater
Small fresh rose petals (from the garden), to serve
1 x 750ml btl champagne or sparkling white wine, chilled
Preparation of Valentines Rose petal champagne
Place 1 sugar cube in each champagne glass. Add 1/2 teaspoon of rosewater and a few rose petals to each glass. Top with champagne to serve.
