Ingredients of Christmas Puddings and Limoncello Custard
2 cups prepared vanilla custard
1-2 teaspoons Limoncello liqueur
1/3 cup thickened cream
Description of Christmas Puddings and Limoncello Custard
Custard: Combine 2 cups prepared vanilla custard, 1-2 teaspoons Limoncello liqueur and 1/3 cup thickened cream.To Serve: Gently pour enough custard to cover the base of 8 serving plates. Arrange heated individual Christmas puddings and a spoonful of pure cream onto each plate. Top puddings with a ball of Persian fairy floss (available from specialty delicatessens and some large department stores in the chocolate section).
