800g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Roast Potatoes -Traditional
1 cup frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onion
2 rashers short bacon, shredded
1 tablespoon small fresh sage leaves

Description of Christmas Potatoes Recipe
1.Place frozen Birds Eye Potatoes and Onion in a baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with bacon and sage.
2.Cook in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 20 minutes, gently toss and cook for a further 10 minutes.
3.Serve with your Christmas roast and garnish with fresh sage leaves.
