Made this on the weekend used another breadmaker pizza recipe for the base but made and loved your Tomato Pizza Sauce,so easy to make.

serves:6

Ingredients of Christmas Ham and egg pizza
1 quantity Basic pizza dough (see related recipe)
1/4 cup tomato paste
175g shaved ham, roughly chopped
1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
6 x 50g eggs

Description of Christmas Ham and egg pizza
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a 30cm round pizza tray (see note). Follow steps 1 to 3 of Basic pizza dough recipe (see related recipe). Roll dough into a 30cm round. Place on prepared tray. Spread with tomato paste. Top with ham. Sprinkle with cheese.

Form 6 hollows the width of a 50 cent coin around the edge of pizza. Separate 1 egg and carefully place egg yolk into 1 hollow. Repeat with remaining eggs. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until pizza base is crisp. Serve.

Notes & tips for Christmas Ham and egg pizza
Pizza trays come in various materials and sizes. Aluminium trays are inexpensive, easy to clean and produce the ultimate crispy pizza base. Large trays double as a base when cooking patsry cases in tart pans.
