Here's cheers to Christmas with this bright and festive fruity drink.

Ingredients of Christmas Double berry cocktail
3 ripe kiwifruit, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 x 250g punnet fresh strawberries, washed, hulled
2 cups ice cubes
250ml (1 cup) cranberry juice
90ml scotch whisky
60ml (1/4 cup) strawberry liqueur

Description of Christmas Double berry cocktail
Place the kiwifruit in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a small bowl, gently pushing the puree through with the back of a spoon. Discard seeds.

Place the strawberries, ice, cranberry juice, whisky and strawberry liqueur in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside for 2 minutes to settle.

Divide the strawberry mixture evenly among serving glasses. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the kiwifruit puree over each cocktail. Serve immediately.

Notes & tips for Christmas Double berry cocktail
You'll need about 125ml (1/2 cup) kiwifruit puree.
