Beetroot and Bean Salad With Toasted Honey Walnuts
A delicious salad combination of beetroot, honeyed walnuts and Edgell Four Bean Mix.

Ingredients of Beetroot and Bean Salad With Toasted Honey Walnuts
1/2 cup walnut halves
1 tablespoon honey
425g can Edgell Sliced Beetroot, well drained
420g can Edgell Four Bean Mix, drained
12-15 baby spinach leaves

Instructions of Beetroot and Bean Salad With Toasted Honey Walnuts
1.Spread walnuts onto a foil lined oven tray and drizzle with honey. Place under a preheated medium hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until walnuts are lightly toasted.

2.Arrange well drained Edgell Sliced Beetroot, Edgell Four Bean Mix, spinach leaves and honeyed walnuts on a serving plate.
